ReProMIS is a cloud-based system developed to streamline rental property management and payment monitoring with integrated web and mobile platforms. The study addresses common challenges in manual rental operations, such as delayed payments, inventory tracking inefficiencies, and limited accessibility. The system enables real-time access, automates recurring tasks, and offers a secure environment for tenants and landlords. Evaluation through ISO 25010 standards revealed strong user satisfaction in functionality, usability, and reliability.
