This study determined the effect of video-recorded replay on the physical education performance of college students at Northern Iloilo State University. Seventy-two (72) randomly selected sec-ond-year Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students were assigned to control and experimental groups using the Solomon Four-Group Design. The control group received instruction and practice, while the experimental group received instruction and video-recorded replay. The results showed significant improvement in the physical education performance of both groups. However, video-recorded replay did not demonstrate statistically superior outcomes. This research highlights the instructional value of video-based feedback as a supplementary teaching strategy.
